  1. Access https://www.cofim.pr.gov and log in using your username and password:

  1. In the main page, select "Merchants" -> "View Trades Registered":
  1. Find your merchant and select Icon in the "View Merchant" column:
  1. Click the "Edit" icon for the hyperion user that requested access:

  1. Finally, check the boxes for "Prepare" and "Submit & Pay" for each of your registered merchants and click on "Update"

  1. Congratulations! You successfully granted access to Hyperion to manage your municipal tax.
