The Hyperion Mastercard® Commercial Prepaid Card is issued by Patriot Bank, NA pursuant to a license from Mastercard U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted.

Funding of Hyperion USDC wallets is provided by Circle Internet Financial, LLC a US based Money Services Business registered with FinCEN and licensed as a money transmitter by the Puerto Rico Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions.
