Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will work with product and engineering teams to successfully communicate requirements, and evolve and execute practical product features that showcase Hyperion. You will take input from both design and business perspectives to create an enjoyable, intuitive user experience. You will help define product specifications, create assets, and design fully-functional products. Ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.

• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Produce prototypes and test functionality
• Improve the design of the existing product
• Gather feedback from product users
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
• Creative thinking and strategic execution. You will be asked to think outside of the box, and partner with our product and engineering teams to push innovation forward

Technical skills

• Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of visual design, typography, and UI/UX design principles
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams
• Strong ability to craft a clear narrative and paint a vision that communicates and aligns teams

• Experience designing, and working in fintech or banking products
• Experience in industrial or graphic design
